Asian Style Salmon with Ramen Noodles by Nick Honeyman

300g x Regal Marlborough King Salmon cut into cubes

1 x pack Ramen noodles

1 x Clove garlic

1/2 Chilli

20g Butter

Olive oil 

Sea salt, pinch of 

2 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce

2 tbsp Mirin

2 x Nori seafood sheets, cut into small squares then cut thinly 





1. Add Ramen noodles to a pot of boiling water and cook until el dente

2. Ass garlic and chilli into a cold pan with a knob of butter, a splash of olive oil and a pinch of sea salt

3. Place salmon in a bowl, add Kikkoman soy sauce and mirin

4. Strain noodles and return to pan, with a small amount of cooking liquor

5. To serve, place Regal salmon on top of ramen noodles and garnish with nori
