200g Regal Double Manuka Wood Roasted Salmon
8 mini tortillas
2 Avocados sliced, to serve
1 cup Lewis Road Creamery Sour Cream
4 tbsp lime juice
1 whole jalapeño, diced
3 tbps coriander, chopped
Avocado & salt to taste
Preheat oven to 200° C. To make the cream, combine sour cream, lime juice, jalapeño, coriander and salt in a bowl.
Place salmon in oven proof dish and cover with foil and place in oven for 10 minutes. Warm tortillas according to package directions. Place salmon in a warmed tortilla and top with jalapeño cream. Serve with avocados and dust Jalapeño cream with smoked paprika.
