Regal King Salmon & Oyster Canapés

200g Regal Marlborough King Salmon Smoked Slices

150g creamy feta cheese

1 tbsp fresh horseradish sauce

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp snipped chives

85g can smoked oysters

freshly ground black pepper

lime wedges


These are also delicious made with smoked mussels or barbecued scallops.




In a small bowl mix the feta, cream cheese, horseradish sauce, Worcestershire sauce and and chives mix until well combined.

Lie the Regal salmon slices flat on a clean dry surface and place a spoonful of the cream mixture on each slice. Carefully spread a knife. Place a smoked oyster on top and roll up. Secure with a toothpick.

Serve with extra lime wedges and plenty of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
