200g of Regal Manuka Smoked Salmon or
200g Regal Double Manuka Wood Roasted Salmon
Pumpernickel or rye bread
Mayonnaise with finely chopped dill added
Salt and pepper
Cut the slices of bread into rectangles for sandwiches or bite size for canapés.
Spread a little mayonnaise with dill onto each slice of bread, then top with a slice of cold smoked or wood roasted salmon. Add micro-greens and season with a little salt and pepper. Garnish with an edible flower, and serve with small wedges of lemon.
