2 x Regal Salmon portions (fresh or thawed)
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of honey
Salt & Pepper
2 tsp of sesame seeds (black and white)
2 tbsp of olive oil/butter
Combine the lemon juice and honey and brush over the salmon, season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and or butter in a non stick frying pan. Lightly toast the sesame seeds until golden, remove from heat. Return the pan to the heat and cook the salmon skin side down first for 3-4mins then flip and sear the top and sides until cooked to your liking.
Scatter with toasted sesame seeds and microgreens.
Serve with your favourite salad or vegetables.
